SCL Health Lutheran Medical Center Replacement Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center that sits on a 28-acre campus at Clear Creek Crossing. TERPconsulting performed review services related to the site’s life safety and construction management plans that included the preparation of a fire protection report (FPR). Additionally, TERPconsulting conducted 3rd party plan reviews of the building’s design as well as fire suppression, fire detection and alarm, and smoke control systems.
