TERPconsulting’s fire protection engineers and code consultants have conducted hundreds of comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical due diligence reviews to verify that facilities are equipped with effective fire and life safety systems. Our evaluations include documenting existing conditions, identifying deficiencies, and providing recommendations to bring systems into compliance with current codes and standards.
Assessments and due diligence surveys are performed for the purpose of identifying a facility’s existing fire protection and life safety systems, assessing current working conditions, and evaluating any issues with the systems that should be resolved for either government-mandated compliance reviews or prior to a building’s acquisition by a new owner.
Following assessment and due diligence visits, TERPconsulting will produce a report outlining a facility’s status of life safety and property protection devices, systems, and approaches. TERPconsulting can also provide recommendations to bring fire protection and life safety systems into compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes.
