TERPconsulting’s fire protection engineers routinely perform in-depth feasibility and site assessments as well as technical due diligence reviews to ensure a building or structure has effective fire and life safety protection systems.
Assessments and due diligence surveys are performed for the purpose of identifying a facility’s existing fire protection and life safety systems, assessing current working conditions, and evaluating any issues with the systems that should be resolved for either government-mandated compliance reviews or prior to a building’s acquisition by a new owner.
Following assessment and due diligence visits, TERPconsulting will produce a report outlining a facility’s status of life safety and property protection devices, systems, and approaches. TERPconsulting can also provide recommendations to bring fire protection and life safety systems into compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes.
