Fire Protection Designer

As one of TERPconsulting’s skilled CAD Union team members, Chaz Simons’s focus is drawing and design preparation utilizing AutoCAD and Revit programs. Chaz assists in the technical and complex system design and management of large life safety packages, including fire suppression, fire alarm, egress, sprinkler system, high pile storage, and smoke control drawings using his CAD and BIM software expertise in his role as a fire protection designer.

Prior to joining TERPconsulting in 2023, Chaz’s previous career as a software developer in the insurance sector gave him the necessary experience to assist in his transition to a career in fire protection drawing and design.
