Lindsay has been providing critical operations support to TERPconsulting since she joined the firm in 2019. In her management capacity, Lindsay oversees the administrative operations for TERPconsulting’s Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Phoenix offices. This oversight includes providing support in the areas of new project setup and proposals, finalizing reports and documents, and AHJ submittals.
Lindsay’s host of other responsibilities includes maintaining business and professional licenses and certifications, new hire onboarding and training, and ensuring administrative processes are followed and adjusted as necessary. Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in assisting with the implementation, transition, maintenance, and continued troubleshooting that is involved with the company’s project management software platform.
Lindsay began her career in operations and administration at an engineering firm instrumental in designing hotels/casinos and mega-resorts in Las Vegas, Macau, Hong Kong, Dubai, Vietnam, and Melbourne. In addition to her engineering career, Lindsay’s entrepreneurial spirit has led her to co-found and operate a variety of businesses including a healthy protein bar and nut butter company, a marketing consulting and creative coaching company, and an urban agriculture company.
A proud Las Vegas native, Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
