As an accessibility consultant, Michael brings a code-focused and detail-oriented approach to ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local accessibility requirements. Certified as an ICC Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner, he reviews construction documents, performs site inspections, and evaluates built environments for conformance with applicable standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related building codes. Michael works closely with project teams to identify potential accessibility issues early in the design process and provides practical, constructible solutions that support both compliance and usability across a wide range of project types.

In addition to his work in the accessibility field, Michael uses his fire protection design talents to assist with the technical and complex system design and management of large life safety packages, including fire suppression, fire alarm, egress, sprinkler system, and smoke control drawings using his expertise in CAD and BIM software. He is also performs code consulting services and prepares Fire Protection Reports.

With nearly two decades in the fire protection field, Michael has worked on an array of resort properties in his capacity as a fire protection designer, which has included MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, Wynn Las Vegas, and Station Casinos in the U.S. His tribal casino experience includes Native American casinos, such as Cache Creek, San Manuel, Hard Rock Sioux City, and Spokane Tribe Casino. Internationally, he’s worked on MGM, Wynn, and The Venetian, both in Macau and Cotai.

His project experience in Las Vegas retail, theater, and municipal sectors includes Fashion Show mall, Miracle Mile Shops, Michael Jackson One and Criss Angel theaters, Las Vegas City Hall, Clark County Detention Center, and Harry Reid International Airport. Healthcare facilities he has worked on include Southern Hills Hospital and Fort Yuma Health Care Center.

A member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), Michael is NICET-certified Level I in Fire Alarm Systems and an ICC-certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner.
