Paul infuses the company with his extensive expertise in fire suppression, gleaned from his experience as a project manager and designer for a fire sprinkler contractor. His adept skills in crafting commercial fire sprinkler systems and seamlessly coordinating their installation with many stakeholders, such as general contractors, owners, consultants, architects, and the relevant authorities, have been instrumental in his career.
Notable accomplishments in Paul’s portfolio include his pivotal contributions to the sprinkler design for the Denver Health Outpatient Medical Center and an undisclosed electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas.
Beyond his proficiency in fire sprinkler design, Paul excels in various facets of the fire protection field, including design and plan reviews, inspections, handling hazardous materials, and preparing comprehensive fire protection reports. His involvement spans diverse projects focused on fire safety design, encompassing a wide array of site types, including assembly spaces, commercial establishments, cannabis facilities, educational institutions, hotels and casinos, government and municipal structures, medical facilities, and schools.
Paul is a registered fire protection engineer (PE) in Colorado and holds a level I NICET certification in water-based systems. He is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and the Fire Marshals Association of Colorado (FMAC). Paul’s academic foundation is rooted in a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering earned from Iowa State University.
