Bob Marley: Hope Road is a revolutionary entertainment venue at Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, which opened in mid-2025. The existing Bayside Buffet in Mandalay Bay was renovated into a walking, “pulsing” immersive experience that became Hope Road. The Bob Marley: Hope Road experience is two distinct experiences: an immersive walk-through by day and live performances at night. TERPconsulting provided general building and fire code consulting throughout the design and construction, preparing several Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Reports (TI FPR). Additionally, TERPconsulting prepared Request for Alternate Methods & Materials (RFAMs) to address alternative designs for the fully built-out theater and immersive space. The accessibility team at TERPconsulting reviewed the project architectural drawings against pertinent accessibility provisions of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and the 2018 International Building Code with Clark County amendments (CCBC).
