The Escape Game at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is a series of live-action, themed experiences that include “Gold Rush,” “Prison Break,” and “The Heist,” taking place in an immersive space. The Escape Game’s buildout required renovation of an existing 7,922-square-foot tenant space. The remodel involved demolishing and reconstructing partitions, doors, ceilings, and storefront, requiring modifications to the building’s fire protection systems. TERPconsulting ensured compliance with special amusement-building requirements, preparing a Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report (TI FPR) and a Request for Alternate Methods (RFAM) for changing door operations. All work was completed in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code with Southern Nevada amendments (CCBC) and the 2018 International Fire Code with Clark County amendments (CCFC) Section 411.
