Established in 2010, TERPconsulting is a fire protection engineering and code consulting firm headquartered in Las Vegas with regional offices in Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, and Phoenix. We excel at coordinating fire protection and life safety features into the overall building design, accounting for building aesthetics, function, and cost while balancing building and fire code requirements.

Our Las Vegas team is a licensed Mechanical Quality Assurance Agency (MQAA) certified to conduct special inspections/testing on mechanical smoke-control systems mandated under Clark County Building Administrative Code (CCBAC). In addition to smoke control inspection and testing services, TERPconsulting’s Las Vegas team is approved by Clark County as a Prime Agency for inspection of fire penetration and joint, and garage ventilation in the QC/QA arena.
