The Beverly Theater is a two-story, 14,306-square-foot multi-purpose venue designed with the ability to host film screenings, discussion panels, readings, and banquet events. The theater features a telescopic, retractable seating system with a capacity of 150 seats and a 360-square-foot screen. Additionally, the venue has a lobby/reception area with a small box office, snack bar, and restrooms. TERPconsulting prepared a Fire Protection Report (FPR), provided fire/life safety code consulting services, and conducted general accessibility consulting for the project.
