11 Jul Las Vegas Raiders Celebrate Topping Out at Practice Facility and Headquarters

The Las Vegas Raiders held a topping out event on Wednesday, July 10 at their new state-of-the-art practice facility and headquarters in Henderson, NV.  The headquarters will be more than 320,000 ft² and house one-and-a-half indoor football fields, a training center, and office space. Additional fields, fan seating, and a pool are planned for outside the building. The facility sits on  a site near St. Rose Parkway and Executive Airport Drive, near the Henderson Executive Airport.

The expected completion of the complex is spring of 2020, with the Las Vegas Raiders slated to begin playing at the new 65,000-seat Las Vegas Stadium in time for the 2020 season. TERPconsulting is providing code consulting and fire modeling services for the project.
