TERPconsulting partnered with Bloc9 Architecture on the renovation of the existing Bronco Billy’s Casino. The gaming project’s 37,000-square-foot remodel comprised a series of adjoining historic buildings that consisted of multiple restaurants, lounge areas, employee dining room, casino space, public restrooms, and executive offices. TERPconsulting performed general fire/life safety consulting services, prepared a Fire Protection Report (FPR) and egress drawing support as well as provided a general accessibility review for this project.
