The new Menifee Justice Center in Riverside County replaces the existing five-courtroom civil courthouse, expanding capacity to nine courtrooms and accommodating four new judicial officers. Completed in June 2024, the three-story building is valued at $95 million and measures approximately 85,010 ft². TERPconsulting performed general code consulting, including life safety design and fire protection services during the renovation of the building.
