Durango Casino & Resort was a new construction project built on a 70-acre site at a cost of $780 million. The final product was a 200-room, 15-story luxury gaming resort with an 83,000-square-foot casino floor featuring a 10,000-square-foot sportsbook, a 25,000-square-foot food hall, and 25,000 ft2 of meeting and event space, and 15 dining establishments, including a lounge and speakeasy bar. TERPconsulting performed late construction administration services, including certification of fireproofing submittals, combustible load-in, and TCO consulting.
