The Foothills Credit Union is a 9,437 ft2 two-story bank with teller stations, offices, and a lobby located on the first floor. The second floor is comprised of additional offices and meeting rooms. TERPconsulting prepared a fire and life safety report to document the work associated with this project and formalized the anticipated fire protection and life safety requirements based on current and applicable building and fire codes.
