The world’s first Nobu Hotel, a boutique hotel within the iconic Caesars Palace resort, opened in 2013. The 13-story Nobu Hotel comprises 182 rooms and hotel suites measuring between 350 and 1,800 ft2. The hotel’s remodeling project consisted of renovating the existing Centurion Tower, including all rooms, 16 suites, all corridors, public areas, elevator cabs, the main lobby check-in, and the model guestroom. TERPconsulting provided life and fire safety consulting services and Smoke Control Mechanical Quality Assurance Agency (MQAA) inspection and testing services as outlined in the project Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report (TI FPR).
