The world’s first Nobu Hotel, a boutique hotel within the iconic Caesars Palace resort, opened in 2013. The Nobu Hotel is 13 stories, comprising 182 rooms and hotel suites measuring between 350 and 1,800 square feet. The proposed project consisted of remodeling the existing Centurion Tower, which includes renovating all existing rooms, including 16 suites, all corridors, public areas including elevator cabs, main lobby check-in, and model guestroom. TERPconsulting provided life and fire safety consulting services and Smoke Control Mechanical Quality Assurance Agency (MQAA) inspection and testing services as outlined in the project Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report (TI FPR).
