Project Scope: Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report

Located in Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, the 12,775-square-foot Nobu Restaurant & Lounge is in the Nobu Tower. The facility is comprised of a large lounge and bar that seats 327, a private dining room, and teppanyaki tables. TERPconsulting prepared a Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report (TI FPR) for the conversion of previous retail spaces into a restaurant/lounge. Also included in the scope was the creation of VIP access from the Tower elevators and a new main lobby check-in area.
