The Prologis Warehouse is a 220,800-square-foot industrial space that experienced multiple instances of sprinkler system pipe leaks because of corrosion. TERPconsulting performed an investigation of the warehouse’s wet sprinkler system piping for corrosion and prepared a report evaluating the systems and offering recommendations for remediation options.
