TERPconsulting conducted a hazard analysis for 8 O’Clock Coffee’s warehouse and processing center. The coffee manufacturing and distribution facility had two areas that required fire protection evaluation. The warehouse’s coffee flavor and its finished goods warehouse were assessed to determine protection needs. The existing sprinkler systems were documented and evaluated for compliance with installation and hydraulic demand requirements based on the identified commodities and storage arrangements. TERPconsulting performed a hazard analysis and prepared a Fire Protection Report (FPR) and Hazardous Material Inventory Statement (HMIS) for the coffee flavor storage area. Additionally, TERPconsulting prepared as-built sprinkler system drawings for the finished goods warehouse.
