Clear Creek Crossing Apartments is a 310-unit multi-family property consisting of 10 two- and four-story residential buildings across 12.5 acres within the Clear Creek master-planned community. The housing complex is a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a resort-style pool, spa, clubhouse, and fitness center. TERPconsulting provided general fire/life safety consulting services that included a review of individual and collective site plan drawings to determine compliance with International Fire Code (IFC) and International Building Code (IBC) requirements for fire department access and related requirements.
