Lee Family Forum is a state-of-the-art, multilevel sports and entertainment venue measuring approximately 200,000 ft2. Winner of DBIA’s 2022 Award of Excellence for Civic/Assembly, the multi-purpose indoor arena cost $79.4 million to construct and is home to the Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League, Vegas Knight Hawks of the Indoor Football League, and the NBA G League Ignite. TERPconsulting’s scope of services included performing general building and fire code consulting that included a Fire Protection Report (FPR) and master egress plans. Additionally, TERPconsulting prepared fire modeling simulations and a life safety evaluation per NFPA 101 to accommodate smoke-protected assembly seating provisions as allowed by Southern Nevada Building Code.
