TERPconsulting provided accessibility consulting and compliance review of the Home2 Suites project located at 5643 East Longbow Parkway in Meza. The four-story, almost 64,000 ft² hotel is comprised of 111 suites, all equipped with kitchens. TERPconsulting performed a review of the final drawing set for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and performed inspections throughout construction to ensure the pertinent provisions of the ADA, IBC, and A117.1 Accessible and usable buildings and facilities (A117.1) were in compliance.
