The eight-story Hyatt Place Hotel, located at 150 West Adams Street, was a new construction project consisting of 238 guestrooms on floors two through eight, with meeting space, lobby, bar, and restaurant spaces on the first floor. TERPconsulting provided fire/life safety consulting services and performed accessibility inspection services, including a compliance review against the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Phoenix Building Code, and A117.1.
