The replacement hospital for Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is a state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center with 226 beds that sits on an approximately 27-acre campus at Clear Creek Crossing. TERPconsulting performed review and consulting services related to the site life safety and construction management plans including the preparation of a fire protection report (FPR). Additionally, TERPconsulting conducted 3rd party plan reviews of the building’s design and fire suppression, fire detection and alarm, and smoke control systems.
