As the first facility built solely for a WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces Practice Facility and Team Headquarters is a two-level 64,000-square-foot space that has a players’ lounge with TV and gaming consoles, locker room, film room, training room, family room, team store, and two full-length practice courts with seating for more than 400 people. TERPconsulting provided general fire/life safety and accessibility code consulting services that included the preparation of a code outline, fire protection report (FPR), and a construction-type RFAM for the court area. TERPconsulting performed accessibility code reviews for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Southern Nevada Building Code requirements.
