In 2020, Caesars Entertainment opened the LEED-Gold-certified 550,000-square-foot Caesars Forum conference center located east of the existing Caesars-owned Harrah’s and LINQ properties. At $375 million, the single-level facility features the world’s two largest pillarless ballrooms which accommodate up to 10,000 attendees, 320,000 ft2 of flexible meeting space, two 108,000-square-foot ballrooms, two 40,000-square-foot ballrooms, and four boardrooms. TERPconsulting provided general code consulting services that included a fire protection report. Additionally, TERPconsulting performed a fire modeling analysis and prepared Requests for Alternate Methods.
