The Las Vegas Raiders Training Facility sits on a 55-acre site encompassing three outdoor fields, 1-½ indoor fields, spectator seating, a four-story fieldhouse including office space, lockers, training rooms, food service for players, and surface parking. TERPconsulting provided Fire/Life Safety Code Consulting for all phases of the facility’s design and construction. In addition, TERPconsulting prepared a fire protection report (FPR) outlining the applicable fire/life safety provisions of the project including sprinkler and fire pump requirements, fire-resistive rated construction, occupancy provisions, egress provisions, fire alarm and detection requirements, interior finish provisions, and site fire department access. TERPconsulting provided fire modeling to determine the extent of fireproofing required within the fieldhouse.
