Located 10 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa encompasses a 118,309-square-foot casino, a 796-room hotel tower, a three-acre pool area, a spa, a 94,000-square-foot meeting space, and a 16-screen movie theater. TERPconsulting prepared tenant improvement fire protection reports (TI FPRs) for several projects including the resort’s Lucky Bar, CyberQuest, and corporate office remodels as required by the Clark County Department of Building & Fire Prevention (CCBFP). TERPconsulting also provided general code consulting to assist with miscellaneous fire permits.
