Expected to open in 2024, RH (previously known as Restoration Hardware) Newport Beach is a four-story furniture gallery featuring 80,000 ft² of indoor and outdoor space that includes a rooftop wine bar and restaurant. In partnership with Nelsen Partners, TERPconsulting provided general fire/life safety consulting services for the retail project. In addition to preparing a Fire Protection Report (FPR), TERPconsulting performed an accessibility review of the project’s architectural drawings against pertinent provisions of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and the 2019 California Building Code with City of Newport Beach amendments (NBBC).
