The Saltair Lower School building for students grades K-5 spans 28,000 ft2. The renovation project involved the construction of a two-story building featuring classrooms dedicated to kindergarten students, an indoor activity/multipurpose room, classrooms for 5th-grade students, a science classroom, a visual arts area, two compact music practice rooms, and additional support spaces. TERPconsulting performed fire/life safety code consulting services during the renovation of the building, which also included a one-level below-grade parking structure.
