The Cosmopolitan consists of two 184-meter high-rise towers, the Boulevard Tower and the Chelsea Tower. The hotel-casino features 3,027 rooms, a 110,000 ft² casino, 300,000 ft² of retail and restaurant space, a 40,000 ft² spa and fitness facility, a 3,200-seat theater, and 150,000 ft² of meeting and convention space. TERPconsulting prepared a Fire Protection Report (FPR) to outline a new presignal feature that will replace the positive alarm sequence (PAS) under the Clark County Department of Building & Fire Prevention (CCBFP).
