Home to the Vegas Golden Knights, City National Arena is the team’s two-story NHL training facility and team headquarters. Located in Downtown Summerlin, the arena consists of approximately 145,000 ft2 with two regulation-size ice rinks, 1,200 seats, a locker room, concession areas, a restaurant, a 20,000 ft² NHL Training Facility, and a 45,000 ft² second floor. TERPconsulting prepared a Fire Protection Report, provided general fire/life safety code consulting throughout all phases of the project, and reviewed egress plans prepared by the architect.
