Located in the heart of downtown Tucson in the iconic One South Church building, the Leo Kent Hotel underwent a retrofit of the bottom nine floors of an existing office building into a hotel. TERPconsulting provided fire and life safety consulting for both interior and exterior renovations of the 145-room boutique hotel, including meeting space and a new hotel lobby with a lounge and restaurant bar. TERPconsulting reviewed architectural drawings against pertinent accessibility provisions of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and the 2018 International Building Code (IBC).
