A newly constructed 12-story apartment building, X Denver has a total of 251 rental apartments in various sizes, a 4,943-square-foot restaurant, five small art studios, 133 automobile parking spaces, and an 11,521-square-foot rooftop amenity deck. TERPconsulting provided smoke control consulting, testing, and commissioning services of the fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and air balance contractors. Additionally, TERPconsulting prepared and certified the project’s final report.
