Located in downtown Las Vegas, Circa Resort & Casino features a 35-floor hotel, two-story casino, three-story sportsbook, six bars and lounges, five restaurants, offices, and BOH areas. The $1.2-billion-dollar resort is home to a multi-level theater/special event/meeting space and ballrooms, health club, rooftop pool deck, observation bar/lounge, and 777 guestrooms and suites. Circa also has a 684,000 ft² standalone nine-story open parking garage with a pedestrian bridge connected to the hotel tower. TERPconsulting provided general fire protection/life safety consulting services and prepared a Tenant Improvement Fire Protection Report (TI FPR), master egress plans, and request for alternate methods (RFAM) among other engineering services for the 1.25-million-square-foot property.
