Located on the Las Vegas Strip, Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations is a 52-story hotel with 1,201 units and 28 penthouses. TERPconsulting provided Smoke Control Mechanical Quality Assurance Agency (MQAA) inspection and testing services for three of the hotel’s floors that were remodeled. TERPconsulting also prepared testing scenarios for all the equipment that was tested, conducted inspections, and prepared a final MQAA testing report documenting all testing and inspections conducted for the project.
