TERPconsulting provided general fire/life safety and accessibility consulting services during the remodel of the existing approximately 14,000 ft² Ocean 48 restaurant. TERPconsulting performed a review of the project for pertinent provisions of the 2019 California Building Code (CBC), California Fire Code (CFC), and any applicable local amendments for general fire/life safety compliance. Additionally, TERPconsulting performed an accessibility review of the project’s architectural drawings against pertinent provisions of the 2010 Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design and the 2019 CBC with applicable local amendments.
