Completed in 2024, the $385 million West Henderson Hospital has 150 beds across two towers, seven and five stories. Located at the southwest corner of Raiders Parkway and St. Rose Parkway, the hospital is approximately 400,000 ft2 and features a 36-bay emergency department, surgical suites including heart and hybrid suites, endoscopy suites, cardiac catheterization labs, an electrophysiology lab to treat heart rhythm disorders, an interventional radiology/special procedures lab to treat neurological disorders, and inpatient nursing care units. TERPconsulting performed Smoke Control special inspections and testing services for the tower stairway pressurization systems and mechanical smoke removal systems. Services also included full sequence testing of the smoke control/removal systems in conjunction with the smoke compartment separation walls.
